Last updated: April 2026 · These terms govern your use of Criczy, offered by Induslila Games.
1. The service
Criczy provides live prediction-style gameplay and related social features around cricket matches. The service may be available on the web, mobile apps, Telegram, or other surfaces we support. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must meet the minimum age and capacity requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in methods secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Criczy — including cheating, exploiting bugs for unfair advantage, harassing others, scraping at scale without permission, attempting to break security, or using the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
4. Virtual items & purchases
In-app coins, cosmetics, or similar items may be licensed for use within Criczy only, have no real-world cash value unless required otherwise by law, and are non-transferable except as we expressly allow. Purchases through app stores are also subject to the store provider’s terms and refund policies.
5. Third-party content & broadcasts
Criczy does not provide live match video. You are responsible for complying with the rights and terms of any broadcaster or venue when you watch cricket alongside the app. Links to third-party sites or social channels are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or policies.
6. Intellectual property
Criczy, its branding, software, and content we create are owned by Induslila Games or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Gameplay outcomes, leaderboards, and stats depend on match data and systems outside our full control. Nothing in Criczy constitutes gambling, financial advice, or a promise of winnings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Induslila Games and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Criczy. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) a nominal amount where no fees applied, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
9. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Induslila Games against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory protections in your place of residence where they cannot be waived. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, where such choice is permitted.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where stricter consent is required by law.
