These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Criczy Club services, including the public site at criczy.club, the application at app.criczy.club, and related clients (such as mobile or Telegram experiences we offer). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & account

You must meet the minimum age and capacity required in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.

The service

Criczy Club offers cricket-related entertainment: fixtures, prediction-style gameplay, points, coins, clubs, and community features. Schedules and match data may come from third-party providers and can be delayed or incorrect. We do not provide gambling, wagering, or financial advice.

Virtual items & purchases

Points, coins, and similar items are digital entitlements with no cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise. Purchases through app stores or Telegram are subject to those platforms’ terms and refund rules. We may change economy rules, rewards, or features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Acceptable use

• No cheating, automation that abuses the service, or attempts to manipulate leaderboards or rewards.
• No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or infringing content in uploads or social features.
• No probing, overloading, or security testing without permission.
• No reverse engineering except where mandatory law allows.

User content

If you post images or text, you grant us a licence to host, display, and operate the service with that content. You represent you have the rights to post it. We may remove content or accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

Intellectual property

The Criczy Club name, branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Team names and logos may be trademarks of their respective owners; we do not claim ownership of third-party marks.

Third parties

The service may link to third-party sites or show third-party ads. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Use of Google, Telegram, or other platforms is also subject to their terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) a nominal amount where no fees applied.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational, legal, or safety reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction we designate for Criczy Club, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise. (Update this section with your chosen country/state when you formalise with counsel.)

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where allowed by law.
